As many of you know, December 2, 2025 is an important day of giving, and we are so excited to share that we are closer than ever to permanently conserving 58 acres of the former Red Lion Country Club, and transforming it into a community nature preserve and outdoor classroom.

we’ve made incredible strides since our founding in July 2024! We’ve secured a generous pledge to cover most of the land’s purchase price, developed a concept design, and are in preliminary discussions with the property owners to purchase the land. Now we need your help to raise funds for the remainder of the purchase price, appraisal, legal fees, closing costs, an operating endowment and essential conservation work.
