...to secure the headwaters of Barshinger Creek and save this piece of land forever. By standing up together for our land and water, we DO make a difference.
Since our community successfully opposed development plans in 2023 and 2024, we have made significant strides. Your petition signatures, calls, emails and attendance at meetings with York Township and Red Lion School District made our voices heard. We are now working to purchase and preserve the property for public use.
**UPDATE** In March 2025, we submitted a formal acquisition proposal to the property owner and eagerly await a response. We have been working with engineering professionals to bring this vision to life, are excited to share this new concept design! Stay tuned for details on our strategic plan!
